Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of beauty and skincare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once items have been opened, used, or tampered with — this is to ensure the highest hygiene and safety standards.
We will, however, gladly accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
You received the wrong product.
The product arrived damaged or defective.

To qualify for a return/exchange:

Refunds
