Aqora Foods Terms & Conditions
1. General
By placing an order with Aqora Foods, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all customers purchasing products within Nigeria and internationally.
2. Product Information
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, weights, and prices are accurate. Due to the nature of food products, slight variations in colour, texture, packaging, and appearance may occur.
3. Orders and Payments
All orders must be paid for in full before processing, packaging, or shipment.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed and fully paid orders will be honoured at the agreed price.
4. Packaging and Branding
Private labeling, branding, and custom packaging services are available at an additional cost.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all branding designs before production. Aqora Foods will not be liable for any errors approved by the customer.
5. Delivery Within Nigeria
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
Risk and responsibility for the goods transfer to the customer once the order has been handed over to the delivery company, customer representative, or designated collection point.
Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders upon receipt and report any issues within 24 hours.
6. International Orders and Shipping
International shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, shipping schedules, weather conditions, and destination country regulations.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that imported products comply with the laws and regulations of their destination country.
Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or clearance charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Risk and responsibility for the goods transfer to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping company, freight forwarder, cargo agent, or customer representative.
7. Shipping Weight and Charges
Shipping fees provided before dispatch are estimates based on projected weight and packaging requirements.
Final shipping costs may be higher or lower depending on the actual chargeable weight, packaging requirements, and shipping company rates at the time of shipment.
8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final and returns are generally not accepted.
Refunds, replacements, or credits will only be considered where Aqora Foods has supplied the wrong product or quantity ordered.
Aqora Foods shall not be liable for damage, leakage, loss, theft, delays, mishandling, spoilage, or deterioration occurring after goods have been handed over to a delivery company, shipping agent, freight forwarder, customer representative, or designated collection point.
Customers must report any concerns within 24 hours of receiving their order and provide clear photos, videos, and supporting evidence where applicable.
Any request for refund, replacement, or credit shall be reviewed at the sole discretion of Aqora Foods based on the evidence provided.
9. Storage and Handling
Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling of products after delivery.
Aqora Foods shall not be liable for deterioration, contamination, or damage resulting from improper storage, handling, or use after delivery.
10. Force Majeure
Aqora Foods shall not be held responsible for delays, losses, or failure to fulfil obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to transportation disruptions, customs delays, government actions, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
