Order Cancellations

- Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order.
- After 12 hours, production or fulfillment may have already begun, and we will be unable to cancel or refund the order.
- To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at Koshsparkles_hair45@yahoo.com with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.
Custom wig orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Returns Policy

- All sales are final. We do not accept returns on any wig or hair product once delivered.

Exchanges & Damaged Items

Shipping Errors or Lost Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
- Once an item is marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered fulfilled. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package.
