Order Processing & Shipping

• Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Local Delivery (Lagos): We offer fast delivery within Ayobo, Ipaja, and surrounding areas in Lagos. Orders typically arrive in 1–3 business days.
• Nationwide Delivery: Available across Nigeria. Delivery timelines vary by location but generally arrive within 3–7 business days.
• A confirmation message and delivery update will be sent once your order is on the way.

🔄 Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

• Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, processing begins and cancellations may no longer be possible.
• Returns & Exchanges:
  Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been delivered and confirmed.
• Damaged or Wrong Items:
  If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or faulty item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo proof. We will gladly arrange a replacement or resolve the issue.
