Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

At SHOPEVRYTIN, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth shopping experience.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Personal care products
  • Custom or personalized orders

How to initiate a return/exchange:

  1. Email us at Shopevrytin@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We'll guide you through the return process.
  3. Upon approval, ship the item back using a trackable courier.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be processed and shipped.

To request a cancellation, contact us at Shopevrytin@gmail.com immediately with your order number.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or replacement will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
