Cancellation Policy
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Returns & Exchanges Must Be Requested Within 3 Days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- No returns or exchanges on sale items, lingerie, or customized outfits.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:
- Email sholmonsplace@gmail.com or utilize the chat platforms(WhatsApp/Inquiry) with your order details and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit/refund as applicable.
Note: We do not offer cash refunds. Store credit or exchange will be provided for approved returns.
