Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Returns & Exchanges Must Be Requested Within 3 Days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • No returns or exchanges on sale items, lingerie, or customized outfits.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

  1. Email sholmonsplace@gmail.com or utilize the chat platforms(WhatsApp/Inquiry) with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit/refund as applicable.

Note: We do not offer cash refunds. Store credit or exchange will be provided for approved returns.
