Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

At Mestelab Concepts, we’re committed to delivering premium lace fabrics that meet the highest standards of quality. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Please review our policy below:
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the delicate and custom nature of our lace fabrics, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, uncut, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of damage (photos/videos) must be provided via WhatsApp or email.
Once your return is approved, we will:
- Offer an exchange for the same product (if available), or
- Provide a store credit for the value of the item.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement and before shipping confirmation has been sent.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Important Notes:
- No returns or exchanges on cut fabrics, customized orders, or clearance items.
- Colors may vary very slightly due to screen resolution and lighting. This is not considered a defect.
