Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

At Honeypearl_essential, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a clear and fair policy on cancellations, returns, and exchanges.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase or before the order is processed.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order details.

Returns

  • Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on perfumes, oils, body mists, roll-ons, or any opened/used personal care items.
  • If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We'll be happy to resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.
  • To request an exchange, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases where the correct product cannot be resent.
  • Once approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
