BloomingDames Store Policy on ZZ Shop & Pay Later
This policy applies to BloomingDames, a store operating on the ZZ Shop & Pay Later multi-vendor e-commerce platform.
Exchange & Return Policy
- Customers may request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving their order.
- If unable to return the merchandise within this timeframe, customers must notify us immediately to request an extension.
- All items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and no signs of wear or use to be eligible for an exchange.
- Management reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Order & Payment
- Orders must be confirmed before processing, and cancellations may not be allowed after shipment.
- Payments can be made through the “Pay Later” option, offering flexible installment-based purchases.
