Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please contact us via bimbz-homemade@gmail.com or the enquiry icon on the store. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products (home cleaning agents and diffusers), we do not accept returns for used or opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items Include:
- Opened or used cleaning products
- Diffusers with broken seals
- Items returned without prior communication
