Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy – SAM.O

At SAM.O, we take pride in crafting high-quality handmade footwear. Since each pair is made to order, please review our policy before making a purchase.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as production begins.

Production Time

• All our footwear is handmade, and production takes 7 days before shipping.
• Please consider this timeframe when placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Since each product is handcrafted, we do not accept returns for refunds. However, we offer exchanges under these conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• We will provide a replacement at no extra cost after verifying the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned unless defective.
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate an Exchange

1. Email Sam.ocreationhub@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the item, and reason for exchange.
2. Once approved, send the item back using the provided instructions.
3. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the exchange.
