- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as production begins.
Production Time
- All our footwear is handmade, and production takes 7 days before shipping.
- Please consider this timeframe when placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Since each product is handcrafted, we do not accept returns for refunds. However, we offer exchanges under these conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
