Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange an item within 3 days of receiving it, provided that:

• The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging.
• All tags and labels are intact.
• You provide proof of purchase (order ID or receipt).

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Personal hygiene items
• Perishable food products
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email us at treshurban@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the return process.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To cancel, email us immediately at treshurban@gmail.com with your order number.

 Refunds

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.
