Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of our ready-to-wear and limited-edition collections, we currently do not accept returns unless the item received is:
- Wrong (different from what you ordered)
- Damaged or defective
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible issues
- Include your Order Number and a brief description of the problem
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer:
- A replacement of the item (subject to availability)
- Or a store credit (if the item is out of stock)
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- You must notify us within 3 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Buyer is responsible for shipping costs involved in returning and receiving the exchanged item
