Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
• To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your Order Number.
• Once an order is processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our ready-to-wear and limited-edition collections, we currently do not accept returns unless the item received is:

• Wrong (different from what you ordered)
• Damaged or defective

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please:

1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Share clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible issues
3. Include your Order Number and a brief description of the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer:

• A replacement of the item (subject to availability)
• Or a store credit (if the item is out of stock)

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

• You must notify us within 3 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Buyer is responsible for shipping costs involved in returning and receiving the exchanged item

Please note:

• We do not offer exchanges for size unless clearly specified in the product listing
• Custom alterations or adjustments are not included in exchanges

• Items returned after the stated period
