Terms & Conditions for Logistics Partners on ZZSHOPPAYLATER

 
1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between ZZShopPayLater.com (“Platform”) and all approved Logistics Partners (“Partner”) providing delivery, shipping, freight forwarding, or courier services to customers using the platform.

By onboarding as a Logistics Partner, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

 
2. Role of the Logistics Partner

The Logistics Partner operates as an independent third-party service provider responsible for:

  • Domestic deliveries within Nigeria
  • International shipping and freight services
  • Customer communication and shipment coordination
  • Pickup, transportation, customs processing (where applicable), and delivery

ZZShopPayLater.com only provides visibility and access to customers and is not responsible for the Partner’s operational activities.

 
3. Direct Customer Engagement

Customers are expected to contact the Logistics Partner directly for:

  • Shipment bookings
  • Delivery quotes
  • Tracking inquiries
  • Customs clearance
  • Delays or complaints
  • Refunds relating to shipping
  • Insurance claims

The Logistics Partner must provide:

  • Active phone number(s)
  • Email address
  • Social media/contact channels
  • Business address (where applicable)
 
4. Independent Service Provider Status

The Partner is not an employee, agent, subsidiary, or representative of ZZShopPayLater.com.

The Partner operates independently and assumes full responsibility for:

  • Service quality
  • Delivery timelines
  • Pricing
  • Shipment handling
  • Staff conduct
  • Legal compliance

 

5. Service Standards

The Logistics Partner agrees to:

  • Deliver shipments professionally and ethically
  • Handle packages with reasonable care
  • Provide accurate shipping timelines
  • Communicate delays promptly
  • Maintain reliable customer support
  • Avoid misleading pricing or hidden fees

Repeated poor service may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

 

6. Pricing & Payments
  • The Logistics Partner determines its own shipping rates and service charges.
  • Customers pay the Partner directly unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • ZZShopPayLater.com is not liable for unpaid shipping fees or disputes relating to pricing.

 

7. International Shipping Responsibilities

For international shipments, the Partner is solely responsible for:

  • Customs documentation
  • Import/export compliance
  • Duties and taxes
  • Regulatory approvals
  • Restricted item checks
  • Delivery coordination outside Nigeria

Customers must be informed about:

  • Estimated delivery timelines
  • Customs duties
  • Additional charges
  • Shipping restrictions
 
8. Liability & Insurance

The Logistics Partner assumes responsibility for:

  • Lost packages
  • Damaged goods
  • Delivery delays
  • Customs seizures caused by negligence
  • Fraudulent activities by its representatives

Partners are encouraged to maintain appropriate shipment insurance coverage.

ZZShopPayLater.com shall not be liable for shipment losses or damages.

 
9. Prohibited Activities

The Partner must not:

  • Ship illegal or prohibited items
  • Misrepresent delivery capabilities
  • Use fraudulent tracking information
  • Collect unauthorized payments
  • Engage in abusive or unethical conduct

Violation may lead to immediate termination.

 
10. Customer Data Protection

The Logistics Partner agrees to:

  • Use customer data only for shipment purposes
  • Not share customer data without consent
  • Comply with applicable data protection laws
 
11. Platform Rights

ZZShopPayLater.com reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject logistics partners
  • Remove listings without notice
  • Suspend accounts for misconduct
  • Request updated business documentation
  • Monitor customer feedback and performance
 
12. Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership at any time.

ZZShopPayLater.com may immediately terminate access where the Partner:

  • Violates these terms
  • Receives repeated customer complaints
  • Engages in fraud or illegal activity
  • Damages the platform’s reputation
 
13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between customers and the Logistics Partner shall be resolved directly between both parties.

ZZShopPayLater.com may assist in mediation but is not obligated to intervene or compensate either party.

 

14. Acceptance

By onboarding and operating on ZZShopPayLater.com, the Logistics Partner confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
