Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please note the following:

• Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order.
• After 12 hours, production or fulfillment may have already begun, and we will be unable to cancel or refund the order.
• To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at Koshsparkles_hair45@yahoo.com with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.

Custom wig orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

 Returns Policy

Due to hygiene concerns and the intimate nature of wigs and hair products:

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns on any wig or hair product once delivered.
• We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, length, color, lace type, and other specifications before placing an order.
• If you have any questions before purchasing, our customer care team is happy to assist you.

 Exchanges & Damaged Items

While we do not accept general exchanges, we will make it right if there’s an issue caused by our team. You may be eligible for an exchange only in the following cases:

• You received the wrong item (wrong length, texture, or wig type).
• The item arrived damaged or defective upon delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and clear photos or video proof of the issue.
3. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

 Shipping Errors or Lost Packages

• We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
• Once an item is marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered fulfilled. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package.
