Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
• To cancel an order, contact our customer service team via Inquiry button available  in the store or email with your order number and full name.
• After 2 hours or once shipped, orders can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return or exchange (see below).

Return Policy

• We accept returns within 5 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
• To initiate a return, contact us with your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item.
• Returns due to sizing issues, incorrect items received, or defects will be fully refunded or exchanged, including return shipping costs.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
• Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative item of equal value, subject to stock availability.
• We will cover shipping costs for exchanges caused by errors on our part (e.g., wrong item/size delivered or factory defects).
• For voluntary exchanges (e.g., size change), customers bear the return shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Worn, damaged, or altered items (unless due to factory defects) will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

1. Send a request to: support@discountbiltz.ng or message us using the Inquiry option available at the store
2. Include: Order number, full name, clear photos of the item(s), and reason for return/exchange.
3. We will respond within 24 hours with the next steps.

Refunds

• Refunds (when applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer.
