However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
